Policies and things to know…
• All sessions are by Appointment Only. (you’ve already found us…so go ahead and book online now!)
• Cash, Check and all major credit cards accepted
• We do not handle insurance claims however we can provide receipts upon request.
• Your session will start with an in-depth discussion of probable causes, and your goals for the session followed by discoveries and suggested treatment plan.
• Massage may not be advised for certain medical conditions such as fever, which indicates possible infection. The massage therapist has the right to define to decline a session if she/he feels it is not the best interest of the client.
• Massage therapy is strictly non-sexual. If any inappropriate behavior or comments are exchanged, the session will be ended immediately and client agrees to forfeit the payment.
• We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Same day cancellations and No Shows will be charged for the scheduled service. We understand life happens and things come up. We respect that and are happy to work with you. We ask that you respect our time in return. If you are going to be late please call.
• The session is YOURS. Please let us know if anything needs to be adjusted, such as…temperature, music, the pressure or lighting.
• Please TURN OFF your cell phone.
• This is your time to unwind and recharge. Breathe deep, relax and allow your mind to be quiet.
